Memorial Garden and Grounds

Built by Bartlett Arkell in memory of his wife Louisanna Grigsby Arkell, the Memorial Garden is a picturesque location for photographs, small ceremonies, and cocktail hours. It is suitable for events that require limited seating. Located off the Great Hall, the Memorial Garden is a public space and only available for private events during non-operating hours. The lower tier of the Garden is accessible via low steps. The Museum & Library cannot provide set up for this space; renter set up must be approved by the Museum & Library. Memorial Garden rental can be added to an existing rental; Memorial Garden rental alone does not include any extra services. Capacity: 50
